Lift Possibilities

So I want to lift my 2000 ford ranger and am wondering what would be the cheapest means of getting 2-4 inchs of lift. Id be getting 33's later also. Its 4x4 and i dont really know much about lifting. Would a summit BL be the cheapest or are there different ways.

I've seen that getting new shackles will give like 2 inchs of lift in the back, is their a way of getting that 2 inchs in the front besides t bar crank. I dont wanna make my ride worse or need a new alignment either

only way to lift the front would be like a 4-5 lift kit,or cranking your t-bars

A torsion crank is the only option for the front besides a suspension lift or coil-over's.
