Camber washers: How many?

Camber washers: How many?
So I need camber washers, and I found someone selling a set of 4 for $12. My question is this: are those enough for both front wheels? If it is, do they go on the ouside or inside of the c-arm?
Do I also need the bolts, or can I just use the ones that are already on?
Sorry for all these questions, but $12 is a good price and I need to get my camber issues fixed for as little as possible.

Anyway, do you know if the washers would go on the outside of the arms, or on the inside, if 4 are enough for both wheels?

with only a 2 inch drop you should be alignable without a doubt I hear people with 2 inch DJM coils being aligned all the time on stock eccentrics and i hear the DJM's drop the full 2 inches not like the roush kit...
