Need new tires...suggestions needed!!!

Well my 31" Xterrains are about as bald as a babys butt, so im in the market for some new ones. Im kinda stumped on which tires to go with so I need some suggestions. Im going to run either 31's or 32's. Im going to need to get no less then 20k miles out of them, and I want them to look good on my rig. Road noise isnt a problem, it doesnt bother me. The types of terrain my rig sees is hard packd dirt with loose dirt on top, gravel hills, light mud(surface mud), and a good bit of sand( yes theres sand in GA!!). Im stuck between the LTB's because they are cheap, the Extreme A/T's because they are cheap and will last, and the Nitto Dune Grapplers. Which would be better for the type of terrain my truck sees?? Any other suggestions welcome, im not limited to the tires i've listed

Mickey Thompson Baja MTZ's!!

But if your not looking to pay too much, then my Nitto Terra Grapplers are awesome. Sand, mud, dirt, rocks, snow(Yes, it snows in Vegas!). Only thing they had a little trouble with was snow, thats because I didnt air them down.
