HELP WITH SUSPENSION

Hi I'm a new member also a new ford ranger owner new to me anyway it's a 99 with the 3.0 I want to swap a 5.0 but that's a different time from now.any ideas would be great.. now here is my question when I bought didn't realize or pay attention I needed wheels so the guy told me it needed a clutch which I really didn't I should of looked at the fluid level for clutch bone dry stupid me I new I should of looked first 2nd it needs shocks so I bought went to put on to short wtf. Yeah I got to looking its git a lift apparently I know nothing about my question s how to measure lift on truck and can I cross reference by numbers AutoZone and Napa no help what so ever also I need the stabilizer links for front also yo short...anybody appreciate a shout back I'm not dumb just not in the know like alit of you Thanks.

Welcome to the forum

So you have a Suspension Lift not a body lift, body lift would still use same shocks and sway bars

1999 Ranger 2WD or 4x4?
