Cheap lift for my Ranger?

Cheap lift for my Ranger?
Hey guys! I'm new to this forum but I thought I'd ask a question I've been wanting to know. I don't have thousands to spend so I was wondering what a cheap alternative would be to giving my Ranger about a 3in lift. I heard about putting shackles on the rear leaf springs which aren't much money, but what could I do for the front coil springs and shocks to be cost effective as well? Something that isn't going to screw up anything really. (I definitely appreciate any advice and all information regarding each option)
Thanks guys!

If you just want to run bigger tires and have no plan to do some serious off-roading, a body lift is cheap and effective. A 3" Fabtech suspension lift kit is spendy but can improve ride quality and allows you to put 32s with minor trimming. Maxtrac offers 3" spindle lift that is less expensive.
