Coil over suspension help!

Hi everyone new to the forum. I have a 2006 ranger 4x4 5 speed. After researching some lifts, I discovered that the superlift is really the only bolt on option. However, I don't want to drop $1500 on a drop bracket lift. So I then found out about coil over front conversions and discovered this guy who makes brackets. He recommended Fox 2.0 5in length shocks and 10in springs. My question is who is running coil overs and what type of springs are you using? My truck is stock now but as soon as I figure out the coils, I plan to throw on some 33s and a tube front bumper eventually. So I know that means I would probably need some heavier springs. Also as far as the rear are there any other options besides blocks, longer shackles, or an add a leaf?? I know all of these rear lift options are not too great.
Thanks in advance!

The coilover suspension can be set up 2 ways. Those with a suspension lift (i.e. Superlift) and those without. Either way, you need the superlift in order to actually get lift. Which means you need longer coils, longer shocks for the superlift. The coilover's are more for a ride quality than anything. The normal I think is to get around 750 lb coils, unless you plan to have a heavy custom bumper and/or a V8 swap.. then get something like 850 lb. You can drop the blocks in the rear and get skyjacker leaf springs (6 inches), rather than doing AAL and shackles.
