lift keys q..

i was thinking that since i cant get #1 bars... atleast at a reasobnable price.. around 150-200$ each bar!....

my t-bars are completly sagged... so if i put some 3" lift keys wouldt it be like if i just cranked my bars? as i got the screw all the way up and the cvs are 100% flat?

would this be worth it? as my intention for thowse extra 2-3" is to be able to clear mud chains upfront.....

the prob is that the dealer tels me they dont bring the #1 bars or the 1 ton bars.. onlhy the 3/4 ton bars... and it will sagg in no time again... thats why i thopught of the keys to give that lift i had from cranked t-bars even if they are sagged so it would be ~almost the same as just crtanking new bars..

if your cv's are flat and your keys are cranked. Yes the lift keys will give you more lift. They arnt bad for your suspension if you use them CORRECTLY!!!

If you are going to spend that much on bars might as well go coilovers, pretty much the same price. Lift keys to the exact same thing as cranking your bars. if your bars have sagged and they are fully cranked you could just pull the keys off, rotate them 45 degrees (or 60 degrees depending if they are hexagons or octagons, cant remember) and put them back on and have that much more adjustment avaliable. Lift keys do absolutely nothing your current equipment can't do.

there arent any junkyards worth going to in costa rica.. all u find are old yotas and susukis... besides all the old hondas and hyundis... :(

my bars are sagged.. alot..... and new ones cost 240$ each... and thats b bars... #1 bars are more expensive as the dealer doesent bring them..

all i want is to get hat "cranked" lift back... and i found some keys for 40$.. so guess that will have to do for the next year and some until i decide to sas. or find my ***** to do it :(

i dodnt plan to install the lift keys and crank the hell of them.. just get back that "stock cranked" hight i had before...

and i aint got any money to spend for bars now XD hope to get my gears this days and i still got to pay the install.

already bought the keys waiting for thenm to arrive. ill post some pics in a couple weeek when i get them and install them..

sure hope i can get them before march 20 cause prolly gona put my truck in an exhibition that asked us to show ur 4x4 rigs... would look nice those 2 " back to normal to not have that excesive rack

coilovers sound sweet.. but again i aint got another 800$ laying around to spend on the truck atm... :(
