Weird noises from front end.

Hey guys I have a 1998 2wd lifted 3 inches with lift spindles up front. In the past few months there has been some strange noises coming from my front end that werent there when I first put the lift on. All my ball joints and tie rods are all recently replaced. But when I hit even a slight sharp but there is a rattle then of its a little bigger its a rattle and a loud squeaking noise. Any ideas or suggestions to fix or help reduce it? Anything would be much appreciated.

Lifted trucks and larger than stock tires/wheels are pure hell on wheel bearings.

I was thinking sway bar bushings or maybe a bad body mount?

yeah man wheel bearings fo sho. i had it soo bad. i went to do a tire rotation and when i tried to spin my tire the dang thing didnt even wanna spin....it all started when i put 33's on....189grand on the truck at that point. after driving around with 33's on about 9000 or so miles i started hearing a squeek and then it escalated to a shriek and then a scream.. they were so bad that the clip that was holding the brake pad in was rubbing up against the the disc brake....yeahhhh..... took the dust cap off and all the little bearings just fell out in individual little pieces...forreal man for your saftey and and for the truck i would check the bearings before all....its not hard to do at all.. but good luck bro and hope you find the problem and is an easy fix!
