I decided to get some else to mount my new shocks for me, the question I have is, on a 2006, on the rear shocks, does the drivers side mount facing the rear and the passenger mount facing the front? I never noticed it before and it looked kind of strange.

 

yes thats normal... and why are you wanting someone else to "mount" them i am guessing your replacing..? its an 06 really how many miles you have?

only 24000 miles and it was riding like crap so I bought Bilsteins to go all the way around. Its like night and day, the difference. The rears seemed to be close to shot but the fronts seem to be in better shape that the rears. I'm glad I changed them out.
