Icon5 d44 ?

was starting to gather the parts to do an sas to my truck and came across a d44 out of a 74 f250 ? are they any good for doing the swap ? i saw these and they look ok and they allready have 4:10 gears witch is what i have in it now

any help would be great thanks guys
