Icon2 Do I have the wrong rotors??

So I am now in the process of changing out my rotors, calipers, pads, upper control arm and lower control arm ball joint.

I've removed the rusted seized caliper and removed the rotor... I am looking at the BACK of the rotor and there is a mesh screen... On my new rotor I do not have this? I have new bearings and a seal but what is that mesh thing on the left? Do I remove it or keep it or disregard it?

Want to make sure I didn't screw up.

I have a 2001 Ford Ranger XLT 2.3L 2wd RWD.

In this video his NEW rotor does not have it...
At around 13:15 seconds:

I've attached two pictures Below:

I got it from Rock auto and this is the info it says exactly:
RAYBESTOS Part # 66672R {#1066672, 66672} Professional Grade; 5 Bolt Holes
Front; RWD; 2-Wheel ABS; Front Coil springs

More Information for RAYBESTOS 66672R

Now I'm concerned and don't want to proceed further if it is incorrect...

Thanks,
-Nigel
