Roush sway bars are done

Roush sway bars are done
Just finished the front/rear Roush bars, and my arms are killing me. Nothing like holding 30 lbs of metal above my face all afternoon. The install went pretty well considering I didn't have any help. Had one bolt in the front sway bar bushing holder go crosstread on me, so I used loctite on the sucker. The fronts where actually harder that the rear, since the thick bar has zero flex in it. You can't muscle the parts around like you do in the rear.
Anyways, here's some pics...
All the parts minus the left sway bar (which I had already installed)
The left side bar is impossible to install with a socket. I ended up using a box wrench.
Right side attached to frame
Right bracket, looks kinda funky, but I think that's how it should go
Left side
Front Bars, factory is top
Quick page I threw up on CarDomain until I can make a proper "How To"

I know the bars are designed for the ThunderBolt Rangers, so they are a performance mod. Will they make a big differance on trucks that came with stock rear sway bars? I really can't answer that. They did make a noticable differance on mine.

I have added an OEM Ford rear bar on my 4x4 S/C. It's not night and day different but it is noticeably better.

ok well i got just got the same roush kit from that site and when i opened it i realized that the front factory bar and my stock swaybar are the same size...wtf? Did they beef up the front bar for the 02 edges??? The front bar in the kit even has a ford serivce parts number tag on it...that part number on the tag is the same as the part number when u call ford and ask for a factory replacement font bar....Anybody know whats up with this? Sorry to hijack the thread but i need help.
