A-Frames?

99 4.0 4x4

I had my wheels off the other day replacing the brakes, and i remembered that my upper A-Frames are different, ill get some pictures.. but until then if anyone can visualize this, or w/e that would be great..

On my truck, the upper a-frame (propper name) where the Upper Ball joint is behind the wheels, has a different design on the driver side then on the passenger side...

as i said ill get pics 2nite, but does anyone know if this is supposed to be like this? it drives fine....

The different arm on the right side has another adjustment that allows more independence between the camber, caster and caster split. Apparently, after some time in the field, Ford decided that it was unnecessary. The extra PS adjustment was been eliminated in middle of the 2003 model year. Now the upper contol arms are mirror images of each other. The later PS UCA will retrofit to torsion bar Rangers back to 98.
