FRONT LIFT COILS
I have a 1996 xlt extended cab it's a 4x4 it's got the 4.0 this is my first truck I am 16 so if I sound dumb that's why I'm looking to put a front lift on it like 3 inches or as close to that as possible. Then I'll worry about the back end once I figure out my front height. I have the money so I don't need some cheap thing like stacking washers but I don't want to do a 500$ suspension lift. I do have coil springs in the front and I look at kits and some have torsion keys but I have coils so those cant work obviously. I've heard about body lifts and that just isn't what I'm looking for so I'm asking about replacement coils what will fit or coil spacers. So what is a good option for my front lift about 3 inches if that's even possible.

Rough country and a few others make a 4" lift kit for the coil sprung TTB Rangers. The kit basically consists of taller coils and drop brackets for the radius arms and beam pivot points. The drop brackets retain the factory suspension geometry.
If those kits are out of the budget, then you could do 2" coil spacers or 2" leveling coils. You don't want to go much more than 2" of lift on the TTB without the drop brackets or it will be hard to align it properly.
