Front end bushings shot!!!!!

My truck has had this annoying squeak for 2 weeks now. It squeaks all the time, even when turning the steering wheel. When I pulled my front tires off today to investigate all my bushings are dry rotted. So my question is. Does anyone make a kit to replace all the front end busings in a '99 4x4? Also, has anyone done this before and how hard is it?

Bushings? Do you mean Ball-joints?

Nope. Sway bar bushings and control arm bushings.

are you certian it is the bushings? i would get a harbor freight stethoscope with the probe on it and listen, i had the same type of noise a while back and it was the drivers side inner tie rod end. it moves with the steering and suspension. you can usually tell if it is the tie rod end by unseating the taper and moving it up and down and around

I will give that a try tomorrow night after work. It would be so much easier if it was just a tie rod.
