All you guys that have the 3" Doetch spindle lift!!!

What do I need to address wth installing this on my truck? I have a 00 Ranger 2WD. I've read about calipers needing to be adjusted or moved or something, and somethign about brake lines..

So you guys who have installed this lift, chime in and help me out please!

LCA needs to be ground down a little bit or it will affect turning radius and the ABS screw things, and you will likely need a camber adjustment kit. Other than that, the spindles are a fairly easy install.

I didn't need the camber adjustment kit, but I'm an edge, so I cant speak for the XLT guys.

All I know is when they say "oh yea you have to trima little off the LCA" it really means trim a whole lot! I had to cut a LOT off mine.

Yours may be different b/c your setup is different

you can run either add-a-leaf, shackle or block for lift in the back. Shackle is easiest.

Your stock coils and shocks will be fine, though if you want you can add 2" coils for more lift but you will need a new upper control arm and shocks..

My abs sensors required a small washer to space them out from rubbing.. It is a good kit, I do miss mine, though I love going fast now
