Gain couple inchs from new coils?

I read some were that by replacing just you front coil springs you can gain up to a few inches, Is this true if so what size of coil springs can you put in before replacing you control arms with longer ones??? Right now my truck sits high back low front..

I'd say it kinda depends on the mileage of the vehicle, but I looked at your profile and saw you had a '94 B3000 and from my understanding all trucks with the twin-traction beam suspension (including mine) usually sit like that from the factory. So your best bet is to either get 2" lift coils or 2" coil spacer (Daystar comes to mind) to level out your truck...
