It is put on w/ loctite, so make sure that your pulling the right way. It will be pretty hard.

Check to make sure your brakes aren't applied. Start the truck to cycle the brakes to losen them up.

Also make sure that your rotor is not off kilter making it harder to take off the caliper.

IM me if you need more help, I'll be home later on tonight

sounds like you need a bigger hammer... somtimes you have to keep turnin the wheel 1 way and the crap outa the back thats open... then turn it the other way and beat the crap outa that side.. thats about the only way to get some rotors off...... any1 tried 98-00 f-150s and expeditions? they are a royal PITA.. iv had to beat them so hard that iv accually damaged the hub assembly

check the studs again, look for small metal clips. I know some D30's from the factory had these really really thin metal clips holding the rotors on. if not then use a mini sledge.

you can grab a used rotor from a junkyard for dirt cheap. A brand New rotor from Autozone is 39.99. just wack that thing till it comes off.
