Little bit-o bed work

14" travel Bilstein 5150's.. I take that's what you meant by numbers, Zach?
Anyhow, onto some pics from today. I'll get more tomorrow after everything is welded up and put back in.
^ Lifting to check for shock travel at max droop.
^ Leafs at full droop, still have 2" of travel left on shock.
^ Upper shock mount/hoop in bed.
^ Lower shock mount on top of leaf spring top plate.

Nice Kevin, I like it.
Can I get some more pics of your spring mounts? It looks like that design left you with more room in the rear of the truck? I could really used some more room back there to mount my bumper. I love your bumper btw.
As for the measurements that is what I wanted to know.

And yes, as Zach as others chimed in with, I'm running 6" All Pro Toyota leafs front and rear. The rear are fine as they have two more leafs as compared to the front. Its the fronts that are giving me some ****. I've talked to a few people, and they kinda agree that my 4.0 is much more than any Toyota vehicle would have with the same springs. They have since worn in and are flattening out pretty good, hence my reason for a leaf-to-coil swap this summer (I'd rather shell-out the $$ to switch to links/coils instead of just replacing the leafs).

They are only mounted to the bed. Also, they're not mounted 'directly' to the bed, so there's abit of added strength/rigidity (I'll put up pics when I get the chance). And keep in mind they're just shocks, not coilovers, so they don't need too much support/reinforcing.
