Dude, get the leveling coils if it is worth it to you. You won't have a way to lift the rear, and the coils wont fit without lots of persuasion. Your camber and castor would be screwed.
Agreed, you definitely would need the drop brackets for the radius arms and the axle pivots. Brakes lines = yes. Too much to fab yourself, with too much margin for error. And with extended radius arms, you still need the new transmission crossmember and radius arm brackets. This is jsut for the front...for the rear, the AAL, block, shackle, or spring swaps.
How much did you get the coils for? If it's more than $100, it's BS. If ya got em for like $20, then good job. Look around...people are always selling their used parts...
