Brakes not working properly

Brakes not working properly

Anybody changed front rotors and pads and have problems with brakes not working right. I stepped on the pedal and I pushed the pistons out and put them back in. But the brakes are spongy. Do I have air in the system now??
Thanks guy's for any help.

yea if the brakes are spongy there is air in there...bleed the brakes
