Clunk noise

Clunk noise

I was reading the thread about the clunk noise that happen when turning at slow speeds.

I have the same problem when i turn left at slow speeds

my problem though is i had my ball joints replaced less then a month ago

i had a hard time understanding when reading the post on what might be the cause

has anyone ever had this problem and fixed it?? if so what was the soultion in your case rods, joints, etc......

any help would be appreciated

Could be that your cv boot, if you have 4x4, had ripped open the grease came out and grit got into there, happens all to often around here, the cv joint will pop and i know the feeling my car did it.

I've had that clunk turning left a few times, I'm 90% sure i replaced a wheel hub and that fixed it.
But did you replace uppers and lowers?

could this be an expensive fix

my sway bar end links went bad and made a clunking sound, but they were part of the superlift. i'm not sure whether or not the stock ones had a tendency of going bad.
