lifting a 95 2wd

i want to lift my 95 regular cab shortbed ranger to put 31's on it. i was thinking of a body lift so it wouldnt change the suspension and its a lot cheaper but wanted to also consider my options for suspension lift too. also how would i do it without destroying front tires from the camber angle.
