bent/slipping U bolt?

Well I noticed some loud squeeking from the driver side rear end today when I went for a cruise. I checked the u bolt nuts to see if they were loose, and they are snug tight. I had a AAL installed past November and was wondering if the new U bolts are stretching a tad? Or is this a big problem? What would be a sufficient way to correct this? Thanks.

Spray the whole deal down with some WD-40 or Lithium Grease Spray. Squeaky u-bolts is pretty common.

The outer one is torqued a weird angle but if it's tight it will be fine. One of mine looks like that from my axle swap and it's been like 6-8 months.

Right on, thanks for the insight.. Nice to know. Over time with that crooked Ubolt, will that not bend it outta shape? Im only speculating man....Just wanna make sure this will not lead to any future problems.

take it back to whoever did it and tell them you are not very happy with the work done, im sure they wouldnt have a problem knocking it back inline and checking the torque on it. dont risk waiting on it, if it is a little loose it might fail on you eventually. you may not be able to move the nuts by hand or even a wrench, but they may still be loose by a few pounds, and new bolts must be checked and re tightened after a few hundred miles of driving because they will move around as they seat.
