Steering Stabilizer Question
Hey guys. I have a question. Anyone ever heard of putting steering stabilizers on a 2004 Ranger Edge?? It's got the rack and pinon steering. Nobody makes a stabilizer for the 2004 Ranger. So it's gotta be a custom job. The shop was telling me maybe a stablizer on both sides of the rack and pinion. Anybody got stabilizers on rack and pinion???? How'd you do it?? Thx.

This thread has Ben dead since 2007 but I have a question about if everything is good. (I admit I haven't checked the rack it self out yet). But the truck still seems more sensitive than it used to. Where do you look to improve the strength at? A stronger power stearing pump. Maby a difrent rack. I'm about to finish my lift and I want to improve handling not fight it when it's windy out I wanted to put a stearing stabilizer on it but I agree it's pointless on a rack and pinion
