got a couple question about lift kits

ive been thinking about getting a lift kit for my 2002 4x4 ranger and have a couple questions for the guys who know this stuff.

1. what would be better for me to get: suspension or body lift.

2. after i find out what type i need, what seems to be the best lift for the ranger.

3. where could i get the lift.

Do a suspension lift but it's kind of expensive

RCD or superlift, your choice!

Depends on how much you are willing to spend.
