What are my options when the rear leaf spring mount breaks?

The rearmost leaf spring mount on the frame snapped off recently. What are my options in order to get a replacement? I'll post pics if necessary.

Thank you

buy a new shackle and bolt it on with grade 8 hardware. unless it snapped off because your frame is rusted out

Thanks for the suggestions. I didn't realize the parts were replaceable.

The frame is in good shape still but I'll have to look a little closer at the condition of the other shackles as this one that broke was a surprise to say the least.

I did some research and found a place close to me, Donovan Spring Company, in Londonderry, NH. Complere kits with hardware. About $50 per side, parts in stock.

Thanks again for the help! I honestly thought this was going to be a headache.

Drill a hole in the new one so the salt and **** can get out of it and not rust it away.

Just did mine last week, what a B!&$@. I got my stuff from LMC truck and cap auto in Lawrence Ma. The worst part was getting the bushings in the springs.

Hoping a C-clamp and some grease will take care of that. I'll know for certain tomorrow!

Is there anything to be gained by flipping these things?

I used a c clamp ( course thread ) should have used a fine thread and froze the bushings and it was still a PIA!!! Make sure you clean inside the spring.
Where are you in southern NH??

Actually, I moved a couple months ago and haven't updated my location.

Moved from Hudson up to Epsom.

Okay so you guys that have used a 4" grinder for this have way more patience than I ever will. After 10 minutes of grinding, I decided to break out the oxy/acetylene and blow the heads off. Much easier!

There was a small amount of material still holding the mount to the frame so I pryed it off then used a flat punch to smash the bolts out.

Now I just gotta do the other side.
