The torsion bar code is on the cert label on the driver door or jamb. That will tell you what you have now. 1 is the strongest, B is medium and F is the lightest spring rate.

If you want to order the same thing your truck was built with, take the VIN to a Ford dealer and they can look up the correct part numbers. The left and right torsion bars have different part numbers.

These are the P/N's for the #1 bars.

F67Z-5B326-FA Pass side bar
F67Z-5B326-FB Drivers side bar

Regardless of which bar you choose, you'll only be able to crank them as high as the shocks will allow when they top out. If you do go all the way, you can expect a harsh ride, reduced shock and ball joint life and uneven tire wear.

Order from any Ford dealer, about $55~60 each. You can get them for less online but the shipping should bring it up to about the same price.
