A Noob At This...

Hey Y'all, I am asking around seeing if some people can help me with this,

I Am A Noob When it Comes To Long Travel,

I mean I know the difference between different kits and all that but I don't know much.

Okay, What I want to do to my truck is to build a Mild "Prerunner" Style Ranger. I live in Alabama and surprising there are not a lot of shops or trails where I live at, however there are plenty of fun Dirt roads around here.

Anyhoo, Onto the questions.

I have been looking at the Camburg performance kit but It does not say the Avg. Amount of travel you gain from it,

1. What is the Amount of travel you can get from that kit?

I read up on the Chevy 64in leaf swap and flipping the shackles and I am going to do that on my truck, however, I don't want to cut into my bed or mount a bed-cage because this is my only truck and I need it to be a truck every now and then, But Since I have to use it to haul occasionally,

2.Can I put an OverLoad Leaf in the chevy 64inSpring Pack to allow it to still travel well and hold a load in the back?

3. Is there a good website where I can learn about shocks and all that?

I have been to Dezert Rangers and I have seen a couple decent threads but there are still large amounts of Sarcasm and general A-hole ness and i really dont want to deal with those Punta's.

4. Is there any basics or advice that anyone is willing to give me?

Thanks Y'all!
