I was wondering what all the JD Trac bars prevent. I know about the axle wrap which i probably don't have to worry about too much, but would it make a auto-locker more streetable? Cuz like when i am wheelin and i pop out onto a road, then the inside tire scuffs alot when turning, even when it is not under power. The only way to unlock it, when it is that tight, is to ride through atleast three more sharp turns or to put it in reverse. Normally on the road the locker is fine. I would never know the difference. I can power mildly through corners and every thing. It seems to happen only after a alot of torque is used.Would a Trac bar help that?

My JD bars helped out in the wheel hop aka axle wrap department. Also helped me hook up better on dry roads....even wet roads. Before the bars, after the 35's, i had an issue of spinning the tires without even realizing i'm doing it. After re-installation of JD bars, much better. I'm open in the rear....for now. lol.

 

The JDs won't solve that problem.

 

It is made by Powertrax with Richmond being the head producers. here is a review on it. It seems to be an elite form of the Lock-Right. Like i said on the road it is completly invisible. But when it is under the torque of hill climbs, it locks up pretty tight. Which is good in a sense.

Hey Bob... any idea what would cure that? Maybe synthetic gear oil? Or is that one thing i will have to deal with?

 

JD's are the ****, can't wait to test them out in the rain.
