Front End seems like something is loose

So I put on new shocks about 2 weeks ago and started noticing like something is loose. The only time I notice it is when I go around a corner. Shocks are tight on there so that shouldn't be a problem.

My truck needs an alighnment but I don't think it should make the front end feel like something is loose. Any help is appreciated. My truck is a 99 4x4.

bad alignment will causethe front end to feel light, because there is a lack of a nice tire patch on the road. Get that sucker checked out. Are the shocks properly bolted iin?

Yeah shocks are properly bolted in. Checked them again and torqued them down till they couldn't go any further. It needs an alignment bad so that might be the case. I'll probably take it in to see if anything might be the problem.

your old shocks were probably worn out like nuts......thus not really helping much aka not doing their job. Now that new shocks are on and doing their job, it causes that already bad alignment to act worse. The old shocks probably sorta hid the issue.

Yeah I just realized that. I had the old shocks on when I cranked the tbars and some people were saying to get an alignment after i cranked them. I just waiting for my new tires to do it all at once rather than align them now then do them again in a few weeks. It seem like a waste of money

If you pay extra for a lifetime alignment, you won't have to pay again....
