I can't offer any more help than you should read the instructions again and make sure you didn't miss any step. Or maybe a BFH(big ****ing hammer) might come in use?

the radius arm brackets should be riveted onto the frame. Have you knocked those off?

Yea id think the first thing you would do is remove those, because they wont be reused in the new kit.

you should keep the axle supported by jack stands and have the springs and shocks off...........then they should lower.......you may also have to unbolt them from the axle....i had to when i installd my superlift

well that dont make much sence the superlift instructions tell me to:
1: prepair vehical place jacks under frame
2: remove cotter pin from pitman arm dissconect crossmember
3:unbold radus arm bracets and lower a jack placed under brackets 6"
WTF?????

also what do i have to spred the radius arms for it says i have to spred them a half inch more than stock??? why??

you are skipping the step to spred the brackets from the frame........makes sense since all you do when you grind the rivits off is get the head and the body of the rivit is still in the bracket and frame.......take a punch or an air hammer and knock them out then it should drop...
