That kit is for one side only. They replace the bolts on the upper control arms. You remove the factory alignment block and replace with the camber washers and bolt. The kit should come with instructions on how the bolts go. Jack up the truck and let the suspension hang to make it easier. You should also pull the wheel/tire but it is not required it just makes it harder.Get an alignment ASAP because it will put everything way out of alignment.

yea it was easy....did my ball joints a month ago also....what i would do is after u get ur ball joints in and dont move the uca and put the new bolt it and adjust it so it fits in how the uca is right then...so u end up with it close to stock alignment. also make sure to paint the uca b4 u put it in....otherwise it will look like **** in a week. and the lower ball joints are a pain. my local kragen rents a ball joint press but is a $250 dollar deposit and i didnt have that much money so what i did was i found something laying around that fit around the lower boot and seeted on the metal part (in my case a big *** socket) and it put it on the floorjack and jacked it up just enough to lift the truck op (or compress the suspension) so i got a good amount of pressure and then i beat down on the lca with a bfh. and as it slid in i gave the jack a couple more jacks and so on. also u might have to put a wedge shaped thing on the jack first cause u want ur balljoint going in as straight as possible . on mine i had to angle the ball joint out cause the suspension was hanging down.
sorry for the long post.
