Best On/Off road rear suspension lift help SAS
My SAS project is almost ready. Only problem is the rear. Im probly going 5 inch lift all around. Im currently running an AAL and im not happy with the ride. Ive also heard blocks arent much better. Skyjacker offers lift leafs but havent heard any reviews. From the people that are running sas'd vehicles, what option did u go with that you found the best in all over performance. Help/insight would be most appreciated.

Not sas'd but I'm running the 6" skyjackers with no blocks and a big shackle.
You get the lift you need but they don't flex as much as I'd like. They ride good and hold a load alright but when I see how much Razors' truck flexes I wish I would have got some deavers.
Chevys are flexy too from what I've seen.

Now that they're broken in they ride great and flex great as well. I don't think you could get better flex without going to a longer spring.
BTW don't get deavers if you ever want to put more than 200 lbs in the bed, it will sag like crazy.

I use the skyjacler fr36 with a 4" block and stock shackle. Just over 8 inches of lift and it is pretty stiff and bouncy off-road or just going over train tracks, but effective. Your minimum ride height with the rancho springs up front will work out to be 8-9 inches for suspension clearances, so it makes a good combo

I have Skyjacker 4"/6" leaves. I'm not sure which ones they are, I bought them used from a guy.
They ride ok with some weight in the bed. Likewise they flex alright too.
They just leave something to be desired though, no fault of their own, they are plenty soft. The problem with ranger leaves is their short length and non-centered center pin. This makes for a choppy, crappy ride on terrain that causes lots of suspension movement...
I would have suggested Chevy 63's but since you bought SJ's....
