will spindles mess up my joints or anything, and i am willing to spend about 2000 on a lift and i would like to be able to fit 35's, i already have a three inch body lift, with spindles would i be able to get 35;s under it, i heard somebody has a coil over conversion kit is that true
There is the Camburg kit and spindle lift. Do a search of both there are tons of results out there.

Camburg actually used to make a kit that allowed you to swap in coilovers, they never listed it on their website you had to call and talk to them about it. I'd give them a call

Camburg Ranger
The entry Camburg kit comes with new upper a-arms with a uniball instead of an actual balljoint. It'll last longer and perform better. At $1700 the kit is actually a pretty good price.

Fabtech's kit is fine for a DD with occassional off-roading. This is what I have.
The Camburg stuff is made for much more intense off-road durability. If I was building a functional pre-runner I'd be going with this stuff.
There is obviously a substantial price difference. Depends on what your plans are.
