Will 31" fit with 2" lift

I was thinking of putting 2" of lift on my 98 ranger, would 31" tires fit?

I have 31s on my '02 with no lift (needed to trim mud flaps to avoid minor rubbing) so with 2" of lift you will defiantly be able to fit 31s.
