ok well i just had mine apart and in pieces to put a new diff in.
1. take the wheels off
2. take the hubs off. do you have manual or auto hubs?
3. take the c clip off and the splined washer behind that.
4.next take the nuts off you will need a specal socket to get these off.
5. take wheel bearing out infron of the rotor and slide the rotor off.
6. now you are down to the spindle. take out the 5 bolts that hold the spindle on. get a rubber mallet and start hitting it from the top and botom and left and right. This part took the longest. its going to be on there pretty good esp if it has never been off.
7. once the spindle is off grab a hold of the axle shaft and pull. I used a small crow bar in the u joint and pried gently and wiggled till axle shaft cames out.
Do the same thing for the passenger side and reassemble in reverse order. The passenger side shaft is easier with some help because of the slip joint. you will see what im talking about when your taking it apart.
Thats about it if you need an help pm im on here everyday
also dont pull the beams unless you have to its a royal pain in the *** to get the bolts line back up.
