2WD lift on the cheap, lol

Since my truck is basically 99% mall crawler here in the big city of San Antonio, i dont want to put too much money into a lift i just want for looks. Here is what I have come up with:

I will be keeping my BFG M/T 31s until they are no more, then I might consider 33s.
Im thinking about using these spindles:
98-09 Ford Ranger 3" lift spindles 99 00 01 02 03 06 07 : eBay Motors (item 220582182933 end time Apr-30-10 21:40:15 PDT)
And these coils
Camburg 2.5" Coil Springs Ford Ranger 98-09 : eBay Motors (item 140395100432 end time Apr-04-10 1400 PDT)
and just 3 inch blocks in the back

tell me what you think

i wouldn't trust those springs... fits 98-09? i was sure ford put tortion bars on a year or 2, in that range...

as for the spindles... you are already $50 more than a body lift (if you get a good price, check amazon) and you still have to worry about the rear...

The spindles would be nice! If you get those lift coils you will also need to get aftermarket UCA's. Technically, you could put those lift coils on with your stock setup but you will be spending more money on replacing balljoints. If you want to go that route just buy some slightly used Chevy 1500 front coils! Abundant and cheap at junk yards, gives you 2.5 of front lift. I myself am doing that for a temporary lift until i save for the fabtech 5.5 kit. sooooo..

2.5 chevy 1500 up front-around 50.00 for the pair at junk yard
2 belltech shackles in rear-45.00 on Amazon
body lift-around 150.00

total of 5.5 of lift for around 300 bucks...plus installation

what years? the 07 sports, for instance, use the t-bars

just 98-09 doesn't sound right... i was sure that all models had t-bars in 07 for sure, i don't know about other years
