Ideas for a 1994 Ranger XLT

Hey everybody,
I'm new to the forum, I stumbled across it when i was looking for parts for my ranger. its a 1994 XLT v6 4x4. I'm having a bunch of trouble with the transfer case and the wiring, but the more pressing issue is that my suspension is getting pretty bad and its time to do something new. I'm considering putting a lift on it when redo the suspension. The back end has bad shocks. Other than that its pretty clean. I need some ideas on a lift for it. I want to make it so that I can fit some 35 inch boggers on it by the time the snow gets bad. I just bought the truck and I need some ideas for parts and lift kits for it. Once I'm done farting around with the suspension I'm planning on fixing the 4x4 on it so its a nice offroading truck for the summer.

honestly having a 95 and a 98 i would dicth the TTB setup and go with a SAS cuz its much easyer on a TTB setup. depending on how hard of trails you go on you can prob get by with a early Bronco D30, and use chromoly shafts, this would be (in my opinion) your best route beacuse you can use the stock arms and stock frame mounts depending on how tall you want to go

I'm not looking to go higher than 6inches on the lift. I'm not really familiar with a lot of this stuff, so I'm looking to go the easiest most simple route there is without breaking the bank completely. The trails I usually go on aren't that bad. Since I need to replace the suspension anyway I figured I'd make the truck a little bigger. Right now I'm using it for picking up scrap metal and driving 20 miles to and from work every day. I don't want to build it so big that I get pulled over on the way to work every day lol.

In that case go with a skyjacker or james duff lift kit. If you are really on a budget then check out rough country's kits.

The nice thing about a TTB rig like yours is that there are lots more lift options for cheaper than the IFS guys.

Thanks for the advice, that's definitely what I think I'm going to do. I might fix the 4x4 while i put the lift kit on. I just can't figure out whats wrong with it. It doesn't look like the transfer case is getting power.
