total newb. wanna crank my t-bars.

and just want to make sure ive got it right.

can anyone show me a picture of where EXACTLY the adjuster bolt is?

and also, stock, how far should they already be in?

and how far should i adjust it in.

sorry for all the questions, but ive been doing research on it, but i seem to see different answers everywhere i look.

13mm socket is what you need. Just crank it 1/4 turn at a time......crank both sides equally.

figured id go out and give it a try since ive got nothing else to do

and that little **** will not budge.

had it jacked up and everything.

i guess ill get somethin to spray on the bolts and let it sit overnight then give it a shot in the AM

I use a good ol 18" long 1/2" drive craftsman. yea...spray some WD40 or whatever on the bolts....

breaker bar will do it

Nice pics shane! shows the WD-40 too! lol, you should write a maintenance manual for the Ford Ranger with illustrations! ha

LOL...took those 3 years ago for a how to......believe me. back in the day, there were ALOT more people asking how to crank. lol.

Well let's see within a whole year and almost a half you have accumulated:

Total Posts: 5,691 (10.51 posts per day)

And in my couple of months I've accumulated:

527 (3.89 posts per day)
