Pretty basic question. What shock is going to give me the best ride quality on the street? I'm looking for soft ride, not railing corners

I think Bilsteins would be your best bet

 

Bilsteins will be firm. They ride well, but firm. With bilsteins and disconnected sway bars the ride is great!

But a lot of people recommend monroe reflex or something like that, they say they are a smooth ride on the rangers. Never used them myself.

 

i had to put those on the front of mine after they sent me the wrong size bilsteins.. the rode great for a couple months but i must have messed them up somehow they didn't last long for me at all

 

Try the KYB monomax gas performance shocks. Shocks have worked great with torsion lifts and improves the ride quality for their DD trucks.
