squeeks and pops.

i Have a 99 4x4 ranger xlt with 167000 ish miles on it along with a body lift and 33's. i have noticed that there are a bunch of squeaks and little pops in the suspension as i make turns and hit little bumps in the road. i am sure that he shocks need to be replaced my question is is that all that is probably wrong with it or should i take it someplace and have it looked at to be on the safe side.also what is a good shock to put on the truck it is mostly a daily driver with rare off road trips maybe 3 a year.

thanks in advance for any information.

With that many miles on the truck all your bushings in the suspension are probably shot if they havent been replaced already. Replace your bushings with polyeurethane or at least new rubber ones and make sure you lube them well. Your truck will really tighten up and quiet down.

i would venture to say that ball joints and tie rods and that stuff are worn out too.
