Something is loose.
After spending 8hrs clearing all my voicemail, email and U.S.P.S. mail, I decided to try the SLR ' Film ' Camera tonight with the truck.
On the way down the street to the beach, I did about 60 and noticed a vibration. I progressivly became worse up to 90mph then I had to ' let off ' as it was getting scary.
Friend at Goodyear opened his shop for me. Alignment is good. Lower balljoints are 2 weeks old. Upper control arms are 2 weeks old. Lower bushings.. you guessed it, 2 weeks old. Wheels are all balanced, Tie rod ends are tight ( took a pair of channel-locks and a GOOD amount of force to move them ). Wheelberrings/rotors/calipers.. 2 weeks old.. Everything checked out fine. I worried of a warped rotor but a surfacing machine showed less then .003 thousandths of wear/warp.
Methinks it MIGHT be the rack going. I beat the bloody snot out of my front-end and its the oldest piece ( was replaced Jan05 when I rolled/walled ).
I can't wait to cut this suspension off and get rid of it this fall ..
Any ideas? Theres no noise, just a LOT of vibration coming through the steeringwheel.

I'd check to see if the swaybar is tightened down also. You never know about that. Since you said you have basically replaced all the stuff that i'd guess would be the problem, then i'd have to say the rack next as you suspect. I'd give everything a once over also just to make sure because you never know what might have worked itself loose and what not. Your rims all perfect too? Don't know if you mentioned checking them.

Physicly grab the rack D. and see if it is loose. It is mounted with rubber bushings that wear out. If they are overly worn it could be causing the rack to move creating the feedback in your wheel. Just an idea since you seem to have checked everything else already. I'd say your on the right track though.
