Icon5 suspention and lift help

ok so i have a 99 ford ranger xlt. it has really bad suspention offroad due to the bad overall suspention. so what ive decided to do was go ahead and get new upper control arms, lower ball joints, and tie rod ends. the suspention is still bad. about 2 months ago we got new shocks just got the halfway decent ones from oriley. i was wondering if i should just get new bilstien 5100 for the front and back and if that would make it ride like 100x better or if its just a slight difference. i also wanted to lift it but i think if i lift it 3" i half to get new a arms as well as springs, if you could help me figure out wat to do that would be great.
thanks guys

ok i think the bilstien 5100 might not be your best option. i took a ride in a friends truck and i remember he said he had bilstiens in his tacoma. i really couldn't tell the difference between my stock suspension and his bilstiens now that i think about it. maybe theres a difference but also keep in mind i think he had them in a tacoma, this is a ranger, so they could help. as for the lift, i'd go with spindles
