T-Bar Drop Poll..

ive read a few threads here and on on RPS about dropping several ways with a t-bar setup....ive heard the flipping the keys is bad...and ive heard good things...so let me know what u guys reccommend..i need a 2 inch drop to level the truck out....and yes i already installed the low profile (pancake) bumpstops....

ahhh your that droped 4x4 am still trying to figure that out.... but any who talk to D he honistly has the best droped t-bar set up that i have seen and still handles on rails...will solve all your problems...

can i ask one question please lol been dieing too but not on RPS, do you acully ever use your 4x4 ever? its just been a question i had for a while...lol...dont take it the wrong way. maybe you did maybe you didnt but ever think of like gutting the 4x4 stuff to take out the extra weight your not using and also not having to deal with binding up CV-shafts?

well no i dont use the 4wd...once i get my s10 at the end of the summer next year this truck will be in a billion pieces..iam going to take the body of the frame i have now and put i on a awd explorer/mountineer chassis. and with the 5.0 so yes to some this is stupid and some think its kool...i have thought of taking the 4wd stuff out but iam going to sell the 4wd frame with the 4.0.....if for some reason i decide i dont want the awd project i will sell the 4wd frame and put my body on a 2wd xlt frame..with the coil over suspension and bag it..

droping a 4x4, are u serious...

edit, you want to trade all suspension components, i have the 2wd torsion bar. j/j

yes iam serious its the same reason you raise a 2wd.....pointless....but iam going to trade frames within the next year...iam buying a s10 at the end of summer to bag and drag it...then the dime will be my daily and then i can start the tear down of my ranger

i dont want t-bars neways i either want a coilover suspension or a frame that is already bagged..

dude dont start that stuff man...you will get school on RF lol we arnt RPS now we i know me aint hatin i just asked if you where gonna take all the crap off you sayed put the awd and 5.0L personally do it sounds great will help tons with traction

cuz i want to level the truck with the back...iam not planning on converting the truck for at least another year and by that time my s10 will be bagged and my daily...then i can rip the body off a 4wd frame and put hert on a 2wd frame...

now i also took out the rear blocks...but if i wanted to to be level i would need those lowering springs from eibach for the rear to sit down more
