New TB Adjusting Bolts

Just ordered some new Adjusting Bolts for my Torsion Bars--the heads on mine are pretty mangled. Can I just swap these out by jacking-up the front end to take the weight off of the bars, or is it more involved than that? Any tricks or secrets I should know about?
Thanks
MikeR

just get the weight off the susp and back out the bolts and then install new ones. your old ones should come right out i would use impact gun makes things go a lot quicker just put the new ones back where the old ones were are your alliment will be off

^ exactly. Just count the threads visible on the old ones and put the new ones in! Assuming that they're identical!

I will have to go look. I just walked into the dealer, told them what I wanted and they pulled out a drawing with all the frontend components to confirm. I paid about $20 and got 4 bolts

Should be #N811015 unless they've updated the number.
