Try cranking the wheel to the left all the way, and then back up a little. Before I installed a lift an my FX4, my 32x11.50's would rub (just a little) on the fender liners and I had to remove the front mud flaps.
The problem is that the front wheels move in an arc when you turn the steering wheel, so that when it looks like it has plenty of clearance when straight, it still rubs when you turn tight (and that's not even considering what happens when the suspension is compressed).
