Drop shackles..

ok well i ordered some 1" belltech drop shackles from summit a while back and they finally came.. except.. they gave me 2" but i was wondering, if i put them on would that be too much shackle lift, i thought i heard if you go 2" or more its bad or no?

i will have hella rake but i can get to max flex with zero rub, i might throw them on for the weekend trip north, hit the trails. cause i wont need them for long

otherwise i suppose i'll sell em

another FYI, a 1" "lift" or "drop" shackle is 2" longer. A 2" shackle is 4" longer etc etc.
