ABS Problem

ABS Problem
Alright I took my 3" Fabtech spindles off and put some stock ones back on. Last summer I had a problem with me drivers side brakes. Around 10 mph or slower, the brake would slip. After alot of work, I took it to midus, and the guy tightened the spindle bolt that holds the rotor on, and it fixed the problem.
Now I have the stock spindles on, and I have the problem again. Both rotors, bearings, and seals are brand new with new pads. My ABS light will come on, and the brakes work perfect, but sometimes I start the truck, and the light won't be on, and the brakes will slip and the peddle gets mushy around 10 mph or slower. So when the ABS light is on, they are working perfect, when its off, not so much.
Everything is brand new, I am confused. My ABS lines are not torn anywhere, the spindles are somewhat rusty, could that have anything to do with it? It is on 35's, but haven't had the problem until I switched the spindles, then it came back.
Any help is appreciated, I am so lost, I have tried everything. Thank you
