Torsion Bars

Ive got a question directed towards those who have swap torsion bars, or know a good bit about the front end of these trucks. I swaped out my front diff again for my built one. In doing so i had to unbolt the shocks from the lower arms to remove the half shafts. For some reason the bilstein shocks made it a pita to remove the shafts. now in doing so it took the weigh off the arms and torsion i suppose. I'm just wondering if i could potentially damage my torsion bars or the rest of my front suspension. I put a jack underneath and jack it up so i could connect the lower arm/spindle back to the uppper arm. The trucks still on stands so if need be i can make adjustments. Id just like someone to tell me wether im okay or i need to adjust the bars now. It does need an alignment from having the ball joints replaced and tie rods.

Thanks, Jason
